NIL & Influencer Agent | Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time or Contractor
CelebExperts and Renegade Talent MGMT is looking for a driven Agent to build and manage a roster of NIL athletes and influencer talent, while developing brand partnerships that generate real revenue for clients and the company.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and sign NIL athletes and/or influencer talent across relevant categories (wellness, food, lifestyle, sports, CPG)
- Actively pitch your roster to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Negotiate and close partnership deals including sponsored content, ambassador programs, appearances, and integrated campaigns
- Manage client relationships from onboarding through deal execution and renewal
- Collaborate with internal leadership on deal structure, pricing, and positioning
- Maintain pipeline visibility and deal reporting
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in talent representation, influencer marketing, sports marketing, or brand partnerships
- Demonstrated history of signing talent and/or closing partnership deals
- Solid understanding of NIL frameworks, compliance considerations, and the creator/athlete landscape
- Existing relationships with talent, brands, agencies, or both a warm network matters here
- Strong communicator who can advocate for clients and close deals
- Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a lean startup environment
Preferred
- Recently/currently employed by a talent agency
- Experience across multiple verticals (CPG, retail, food & bev, wellness, sports)
- Familiarity + certification with NIL at the university level, compliance, collectives, multi-party deal structures
- Background in both influencer and athlete representation
Compensation
Aligned with experience and deal performance. Commission and incentive structure in addition to base. Open to full-time employment or contractor arrangement for the right candidate.
