VaynerSports Apprenticeship is a 6-month immersive learning and work experience for rising professionals looking to launch their careers in the sports industry.
This paid program is designed for recent grads or post-internship candidates ready to deepen their exposure to agency life while contributing meaningfully to the work that powers our clients.

Our Agency
We are a next-generation sports agency built to support the modern athlete – spanning contract negotiation, brand building, content creation, marketing, NIL and all facets in between.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Owns independent workstreams while supporting departmental initiatives across the agency (e.g., Football, Baseball, Marketing, NIL, Creative, Operations, etc.)
2. Contributes to client servicing, research & development, campaign execution, brand strategy, and analytics.
3. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, vendors and talent.
4. Participates in team meetings, project planning, reporting, and execution.
5. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree completed or in final semester of completion.
● Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
● Ability to thrive in fast-moving, team-oriented environments.
● Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic creative tools.
Compensation and Benefits
● Apprentices are paid hourly or via stipend, depending on the department.
● Must be available for the full 6-month duration
● This is a fixed-term position: Winter/Summer (Jan-June) / Summer/Winter (July-Dec)
