Where You Fit In
SRS continues to grow and is seeking a Director, Partnership Solutions & Valuation. In this role, you will support SRS’s sales, brands, and consulting clients across valuation, ROI, curating client deliverables, custom research and go-to-market strategies. This role will cover all of SRS’s verticals and will be responsible for helping drive the “invisible engine” of the company. This individual will be able to lead conversations and talk shop with C-Suite stakeholders, while also breaking down the complexity of valuations into easily digestible content, results and communication.

The Director, Partnership Solutions & Valuation is responsible for being the dedicated point of contact for their assigned portfolio of clients by delivering exceptional partnership and valuation deliverables, tools, and reporting across SRS clients. This position requires a ‘doer’ mentality and someone who can think creatively, yet critically, while building equity with clients along the way. This individual will report to and work closely with the President and Senior Director of Partnership Solutions & Strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Client Strategy & Sponsorship Analytics
    • Lead the data strategy for major brands and properties including sponsorship measurement, ROI analysis, and performance reporting across complex, multi-platform programs.
    • Serve as the data point of contact in client-facing engagements — translating analytical findings into actionable sponsorship strategy for CMOs, brand strategists, and senior marketing/sales stakeholders.
    • Design and own the measurement infrastructure for each client program: data sets, KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and workflows tailored to each brand's existing ecosystem.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Support SRS’s growing number of sales, consulting and brand projects/clients to develop custom packaging and commercial sponsorship recommendations based on data results, industry best practices and SRS’s philosophical approach to partnerships that could include but is not limited to:
      • Custom Packaging and Hierarchies
      • Rate Card Development
      • Pricing Tools & Benchmarking
      • Analysis of Multimedia Channels:
        • OOH
        • TV
        • Streaming
        • Social/Digital
        • Hospitality
        • IP/Intangibles
      • Deep Understanding of 3rd Party Valuation Partners
      • Own the development of key documents to include in senior executive presentations, strategy documents, competitive reports, best practice guides, and case studies.
    • Lead the team in implementation of rate cards, data, and pricing tools to support partnership proposal development.
  • Other Assignments & Tasks
    • Lead day-to-day project management for select SRS’s sales, consulting, and AOR clients.
    • Help identify, analyze, navigate, and negotiate sponsorship marketing opportunities for clients.
    • Assist with the development of integrated sponsorship proposals using client’s sponsorship portfolio, assets, and rate cards.
    • Serve as a reliable contact for client partnerships team and internal clients or assigned accounts.
    • Ensure partner-based business objectives, asset alignment, analytics, and world class storytelling are incorporated into all new sales proposals/pitches.
    • Work with Senior Director of Partnership Solutions & Strategy to prepare and deliver proposals to existing and prospective brands/clients.
    • Work with Senior Director of Partnership Solutions & Strategy to provide accurate reporting for consulting clients.
    • Collaborate with SRS Partners team members on additional projects to ensure our team is delivering the best product and experience possible.
    • Travel as necessary, around ten percent (10%).
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by SRS Partners Senior Leadership Team.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, advertising, sports management, or analytics (or similar field) from four-year college or university required.
    • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in valuation services, sponsorship/partnership focused position(s) in sports, entertainment, advertising, technology, and/or consulting agency.
  • A strong background in client-facing roles with an outstanding ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and/or develop ROI driven reporting on multiple partnerships in excess of $5MM annually.
  • Ability to develop client presentations, proposals, and recaps to develop large amounts of information in concise, impactful formats.
  • Extremely meticulous; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while producing quality work within target dates and timeframes.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as work in a team environment, being a consummate team player, to achieve client and team goals.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint with exceptional and adept Excel background and skills.
  • Familiarity with SponsorUnited and CRM tools (SponsorCX) is a plus.
