Sport Sponsorships and Events Consulting, LLC is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial leader to oversee the marketing, sales, operations, and partnership fulfillment for the Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Academy program while also supporting national brands and sports properties with youth sports partnership strategy, activation, and execution.

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced sports business environment and understands how to blend event operations, sponsorship execution, grassroots marketing, and brand consulting into impactful youth sports experiences.

The position will lead day-to-day marketing and execution of the Philadelphia Eagles youth football clinics while also consulting for brand clients who strive to authentically connect with families, athletes, coaches, and communities through youth sports partnerships nationwide.

Key Responsibilities as Manager of the Eagles Youth Football Academy
  • Lead the planning, marketing, sales, execution, and operational management of all Eagles Youth Football Academy events and experiences
  • Oversee event logistics including staffing, registration operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, athlete appearances, equipment management, and onsite execution
  • Manage event marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid social, grassroots outreach, influencer partnerships, and promotional initiatives
  • Develop strategies to increase registrations, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with coaches, venue partners, NFL team partners, and operations staff
  • Ensure a premium fan and participant experience aligned with the Philadelphia Eagles brand standards
  • Assist in developing new youth football experiences, premium offerings, and expansion opportunities

Marketing & Content
  • Oversee content creation and storytelling initiatives surrounding camps, athletes, coaches, and partnerships
  • Coordinate social media calendars, email campaigns, video content, and event promotions
  • Help manage photography/video teams and content capture during events
  • Develop creative ideas that elevate brand integration and participant engagement

Key Responsibilities as Manager of Sponsorship & Brand Consulting
  • Work with national and regional client brands seeking to build youth sports marketing and sponsorship strategies
  • Assist in creating sponsorship concepts, activation platforms, storytelling initiatives, and experiential marketing campaigns
  • Manage sponsorship fulfillment and execution across youth sports properties, tournaments, leagues, camps, and governing bodies
  • Develop partnership recap reports, measurement strategies, and ROI tracking
  • Coordinate branded content shoots, social media integrations, hospitality activations, and onsite fan experiences
  • Help brands authentically connect with youth sports families through grassroots engagement

Business Development
  • Participate in pitches, presentations, and strategic partnership meetings
  • Assist in creating sponsorship decks, proposals, activation plans, and marketing materials
  • Identify new partnership opportunities within youth sports, sports technology, health & wellness, family brands, and consumer products

Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in sports marketing, event management, sponsorship, experiential marketing, or youth sports
  • Strong understanding of grassroots and youth sports ecosystems
  • Experience managing live events and operational logistics
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working weekends and traveling for events
  • Experience working with sponsors, agencies, sports properties, or brand partnerships preferred
  • Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Experience
  • Event marketing and operations experience preferred
  • Sponsorship activation or partnership management experience
  • Sports agency or consulting experience is a plus
  • CRM, email marketing, and digital marketing platform experience
  • Content creation and social media campaign management
