About the Role
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Brand Sponsorship Sales Representative to join our growing Brand Partnerships Team. This is a junior-level, full-time opportunity ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sports marketing, sales and business development. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential brand clients, generating leads, and supporting our sales team throughout the pre-sales process.

This role offers on-the-job learning, mentorship, and a clear path for career growth. This role is designed for long-term professional growth and high performers will have the opportunity to advance into a becoming a Sales Representative within the company.

Primary Responsibilities  

Lead Identification & Targeting
  • Research and identify potential brand partners across key industries based on defined sales criteria
  • Monitor industry trends to uncover new opportunities
  • Conduct category-specific research to inform outreach strategies

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, web research, phone calls, etc.)
  • Craft personalized, high-quality outreach messages, emails and calls to engage decision-makers and generate interest
  • Send outbound emails and track engagement to secure meetings
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in sponsorships, marketing, schools and youth sports.


Sales Support & Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm introductory calls between qualified leads and senior sales team members
  • Ensure calendar alignment and communication between prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate lead and meeting data in CRM tools


Growth & Learning
  • Participate in regular training sessions to build skills in prospecting, sales tactics, and CRM tools
  • Collaborate with team members to refine outreach processes and messaging
  • Take on increasing responsibility as performance and experience grow

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, marketing, communications, or business development
  • 1 – 2 years of experiences in sports marketing, sales, business development, or brand partnerships (internships count)
  • Interest in business development, sales, and long-term growth within a commercial role
  • Strong written communication skills: confident drafting emails and outreach copy
  • Curious mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, ClickUp, OneDrive and more
  • A team player with a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
