Why Join BASE?

The youth sports market is no longer a niche segment; it is a massive, $40 billion+ global industry that has seen explosive, recession-resilient growth over the last decade. While professional leagues are saturated, the youth and amateur ecosystem represents the final frontier of untapped, highly engaged audience attention.

At BASE Sports Group, we sit at the center of this movement. For an ambitious sales professional, this is the ultimate blue ocean opportunity. You aren’t just selling another 30-second spot or a stadium billboard; you are selling access to the most coveted demographic in marketing: the active, engaged family.

  • Exponential Growth: We are operating in a sector that is consistently outperforming traditional sports media in terms of year-over-year participation and spend.
  • A Primed Ecosystem: Brands are hungry for the authenticity and grassroots loyalty that only youth sports can provide. You will have the inventory and the data to provide solutions that traditional agencies simply cannot match.
  • Direct Impact: As a senior leader reporting to the founders, you will not be a cog in a machine. You will have the autonomy to build your own legacy, influence company strategy, and reap the rewards of a heavy-upside commission structure in an industry that is only getting bigger.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
