Job Overview

The Venue Dressing and Signage Junior are responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all Dressing, Wayfinding, and FA Signage related installations across assigned venues with direct support from Dressing Installation Manager and Wayfinding/FA Signage Supervisors. This includes but is not limited to dressing elements in Bowl, Teams, VIP/VVIP, Hospitality, Media, and Spectators Areas. In addition to wayfinding panels for all stakeholder groups, wayfinding structures, FA signage panels, backdrops, and stickers. You will ensure venues are delivered on time, on brand, and to specification. This role acts as the key on-site lead between Dressing/Wayfinding/FA Signage Manager, Logistics, Onsite Crew, and Venue Stakeholders

What You’ll Do

Planning & Coordination

  • Review drawings, scope books, and installation manuals related to dressing, wayfinding and FA signage elements
  • Understand and align with the installation schedules with overall project timelines
  • Support logistics teams for delivery, storage, and material flow on-site

On-Site Management

  • Support Installation Manager and Supervisors on leading and supervising dressing installation crews across venues
  • Coordinate with crew vendors, and production teams as needed.
  • Assist in on-the-ground problem-solving to ensure event success.
  • Ensure installations follow approved layouts/manuals, brand guidelines, and safety standards
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing Wasserman Live.

Reporting

  • Help with inventory management, including dressing, wayfinding and FA signage assets.
  • Track daily installation activities including branding, wayfinding, dressing, and FA signage
  • Capture event content (photos/videos) for internal recaps and reporting and upload them into the assigned application for reporting purposes.
  • Provide daily updates to Data and Program Manager and liaise with Dressing Manager, Wayfinding Manager and FA Signage Manager on level of completion in addition to reporting tools.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Perform quality checks to ensure all elements are installed correctly, securely, and cleanly
  • Identify issues, clashes, or deviations and propose corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with venue rules, H&S regulations, and access protocols
  • Maintain snag lists and oversee close-out actions

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for dressing-related matters on-site
  • Coordinate with Dressing manager, Installation Manager and Supervisors, Operations team and Onsite crews to ensure a timely delivery.
  • Support inspections, walk-throughs, and client approvals

Maintenance & De-rig

  • Oversee maintenance and touch-ups during live event periods
  • Manage removal, packing, and de-rig of all elements post-event
  • Ensure assets are returned, stored, or disposed of per project requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting venue dressing, wayfinding, signage, branding, or overlay installations within large-scale sporting or live event environments
  • Ability to interpret and execute from drawings, scope books, installation manuals, and brand guidelines with accuracy
  • Strong coordination skills working cross-functionally with Installation Managers, Supervisors, Logistics, vendors, and venue stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control, ensuring all elements are installed safely, securely, and to specification
  • Proven ability to problem-solve on-site, identify clashes or deviations, and implement corrective actions in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized with experience tracking inventory, installation progress, reporting tools, and snag/close-out lists
  • Clear and professional communicator, comfortable acting as an on-site liaison between management teams, crew, and venue stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of health & safety standards, venue regulations, and compliance requirements within event operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting platforms, and basic inventory tracking systems; fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Flexible and adaptable to extended hours, weekends, and multi-venue travel as required by tournament schedules; experience working on FIFA tournaments or other major international sporting events preferred
