Assist with the management of the day to day technical/engineering operations of Overtime and OTE Arena: production control room, studio, LED displays, audio systems, IPTV system and all related production and technology equipment
Own and manage the care, maintenance, and repair of all production equipment to ensure the highest possible production standards
Possess intimate knowledge of broadcast and arena engineering equipment: Sony Cameras, Ross Ultrix routers & multiviewers, Carbonite switchers, Tessera & Xpression Graphics, Evertz DreamCatcher, Calrec & Dante audio, Wisycom wireless audio, Riedel Intercom, frame syncs, patch bays, streaming encoders/decoders, Unilumin LED, etc. Knowledge of post production workflows with Adobe CC products a plus
Assist with the technical side of new equipment installation or updates; both internally or through our integration partner and vendors
Own and manage the OTE Arena Crestron IPTV system including scheduling content and event day control
Contribute ideas to improve processes and create efficiencies across all areas of the production process for Overtime
Play an integral role in the growth and development of technology/production at Overtime, including OTE, OT7, OTX and future projects
Qualifications:
5+ years of technical/engineering experience with a deep understanding and knowledge of television and venue production equipment
Ability to work irregular/weekend hours
You have a network of vendors and contractors who could be tapped as resources for Overtime productions
You’re comfortable wearing many hats and bouncing between different projects from minute-to-minute
You have extensive knowledge of the media industry and are always on top of technology, new platforms, key partnerships, etc.
You have a positive attitude and know how to foster a collaborative environment
Your organization and communication skills are ELITE
You have incredible attention-to-detail and don’t mind juggling 20+ projects at once
