Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware and other cooking utensils and put in the dishwasher. Sort and stack clean dishes. Put clean dishes away where they belong. Keep clean workplace. Assist kitchen and banquet staff as needed. Assist with stocking receivables.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work nights and weekends from March-November
Able to lift at least 45lbs
Previous dishwashing experience preferred
