This is an internship position that starts in January and ends either in May or in November depending on if you select the semester model or the year-long option.

Louisville City FC is looking for highly motivated individuals who can make a positive and immediate impact to our growth as an organization.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and a positive attitude within the culture of the club.
Furthermore, the willingness to learn new skills and the ability to step outside of one’s comfort zone is desired.
Soccer skills are a MUST. Ideal applicant will be able to participate or run small clinics and contribute to soccer camps throughout the year.
Be comfortable working with children to assist in developing a kid’s club and enhancing the relationship between Lou City and the youth soccer community.
Demonstrate an outgoing and amiable personality and the ability to enthusiastically represent Louisville City at community events.
Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate & execute various projects designed to increase the Lou City sphere of influence across the community.
Communicate effectively with customers and the general public.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and effectively communicate all team-related news and events to give the best experience possible to fans.
Assist with office projects, mailings, and updating customer information across all platforms.
Assist with phones and reception during peak periods.
Support all departments with game duties, special assignments, and projects as needed.
Required Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
Minimum of five years of competitive soccer-playing or coaching experience.
Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Must be available on game days, some nights, and some weekends.
Willingness to listen, learn and receive constructive feedback.
Strong time-management skills.
Computer skills in Excel and Word.
