Position Overview:
-    Report to the Director of Team Sales regarding all matters related to ticket sales.
-    Ticket Sales staff shall be involved in season ticket sales, group sales, preferred premium seating sales, sponsor ticket sales programs, etc.
-    Serve the organization in areas related to ticket sales, ticket promotions, coordination of ticket deliveries, will call activities, etc. 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities and Roles:
-    Handle inquiries related to ticket sales for the club.
-    Facilitate electronic and print communication, personal involvement and inquiries from all levels of people involved in the ever-dynamic business environment of sports enterprises.
-    Involvement in ticket sales prospecting for the club.
-    Participate in a minimum of 80-100 outbound calls a day to prospective ticket buyers.
-    Required to go to two networking events per week.
-    Required to work all Louisville City FC home games.
-    Expected to work events on weekdays and weekends outside of normal business hours.
-    Finding new creative and innovative ways to bring in season, group, and individual advanced tickets.
-    Participate in mandatory weekly sales training.
-    Be a community and corporate ambassador for the club when needed.
-    Develop other miscellaneous projects and fill other roles for the club as needed.
-    Assistance with daily and game day operations of the club related to ticketing 
Qualifications:
-    Work experience in a similar role or capacity.
-    Knowledge of soccer, sports business or related experience.
-    Bachelor’s Degree in related area of, sports administration or other similar areas of academic accomplishment, is a plus.
-    Strong background in sports administration with emphasis on sales or professional sports sales.
-    Experience with multiple software packages such as Word, Excel and InDesign.
-    Demonstrated experience in ticketing systems/tools and templates.
-    Experience with areas related to business administration.
-    Extreme focus on quality details.
-    Must successfully pass pre-employment drug test, physical and comprehensive background check.

-    Understanding of the professional sports business industry including products, services and expectations.
