ABOUT THE TICKET OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE:
This newly created role will provide essential operational support for the ticketing department as Republic FC safely welcomes fans back to the stadium in 2021 and beyond. The Ticket Operations Coordinator will help with the day-to-day management, reporting, and preparation of all key ticketing functions. This part-time position is designed to launch the career of our next great ticketing professional – with strong room for internal growth and hands on training and coaching. The perfect candidate is passionate about building a career in ticketing and data, detail-oriented, organized, and committed to consistently delivering high quality work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily & weekly reports on Membership, group & single match sales, in addition to any other seasonal or ad hoc reports as deemed necessary.
Providing support to Account Representatives who are assisting their clients with digital ticketing, Account Manager, or any other ticketing issues.
Build and manage price codes, promo codes, offers, events, packages and more in Archtics as directed.
Assist in managing Hubspot CRM system including reporting, pulling lists and importing records.
Foster a close working relationship between the ticket operations department and all other Sacramento Republic FC departments.
Represent SRFC at all home matches and periodic events, including resolving inquiries and issues in the box office.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve ticket operations procedures.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
1-2 years of ticketing experience, preferably with a sports team.
Intermediate experience using Ticketmaster Archtics and Account Manager preferred.
Intermediate experience with CRM, preferably Hubspot.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office, with a concentration on Excel.
Focused on providing truly outstanding customer service.
Extremely coachable and eager to learn every day.
Flexible and personable team player, within both the Ticket Operations Department and the Sacramento Republic FC organization.
Adaptable - ability to multitask while organizing, preparing and executing responsibilities.
Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Highly organized, detailed oriented, and committed to accuracy.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
