We are hiring various event day positions to assist with operations at Breese Stevens Field. Various events at the stadium include FMFC soccer matches, Madison Radicals Ultimate Frisbee, Madison East High football, large-scale concerts, and various festivals/entertainment. We are willing to work around existing schedules, however, the ability to work some/most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights is preferred. Concessions (Manager/Supervisor) – Concessions Supervisors are the leaders and backbone(s) of the food and beverage experience. They are expected to oversee food and beverage stands and operations while ensuring food and beverage employees greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Other responsibilities include:
- Overseeing cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health
- Assisting in the training of employees
- Maintaining a positive, safe, and fun work environment
- Working with chefs and other mgmt. to surpass high organizational standards of customer service and fan experience.
Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and work well in group settings.
- Candidates should also have a functional understanding of safe and efficient food and beverage practices.
