Indy Eleven internships are available for course credit only. Interns are provided a paid monthly parking stipend, but are otherwise unpaid. Positions are less than 30 hours per week, but will depend on the number of hours needed to complete course credit. Work schedules will be set at the beginning of the internship. Indy Eleven will require all new interns to receive the COVID-19 vaccination prior to entering the office environment as a condition of the internship program. Valid exceptions will be reviewed, such as underlying health conditions or another validated factor which prevent an applicant from obtaining.
Marketing Internship Primary responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Assist in formulating and executing marketing tactics
Coordinate/schedule of Event Marketing tactics & aspects including Recreational Soccer Festivals
Assist in the creation of ELEVEN Q Trivia games, prizing and execution
Creation, organization, & distribution of marketing materials
Provide assistance in email, database, and social media marketing growth
Support market research endeavors, including survey creation and analysis
Assist with stadium setup/tear down and all marketing related game-day operations
Game Day marketing asset fulfillment
Oversee game-day promotions and events
Duties for the Marketing intern will include, but are not limited to:
Creation of content ideas for Communication team
Contribute to marketing meetings and assigned projects
Manage or assist with fulfillment for groups on game day/events
Schedule to answer phones at Indy Eleven front Desk
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the position include:
Experience in sales and sports preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for soccer preferred
Goal oriented and project completion driven
Knowledge of Central Indiana and its soccer community
Able to work with management and a diverse team of people
Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator Lightroom, Premier Pro
