Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Service and President
Work closely with Vice President of Sales & Service with sponsorship activations, fulfillment, and requests
Document social media impressions and email usage throughout the season
Other sponsorship projects as assigned
Assist with building and updating ticketed events through Paciolan
Work with Paciolan to submit qualifiers for pre-sales and promotions, update event information, and troubleshoot pending issues
Manage all will call box requests before every home game
Work ticket box office on event days and assist ticket sellers with event-related questions
Assist with creating, managing, and building price codes, plans, promo codes, and other ticketing program needs
Support Sales and Service staff with order processing, payments and mailing tickets
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency in office tasks, receiving orders, etc.
Other office managerial duties as assigned
Preferred 2-3 years of Sponsorship or Ticketing Sales
Possess excellent customer, organization, and computer skills
Preferred experience in graphic design
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Experience and working knowledge of ticketing systems, CRM, and similar applications
Must have strong initiative and work ethic and be able to function without supervision
Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
Flexibility on having a varying schedule including some weekends and gamedays
