Administration/General Management: Office Manager
ABOUT THE JOB 
OL Reign was established in 2012 as a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League. The NWSL is made up of twelve teams and is widely considered to be one of the most competitive professional soccer leagues in the world. Our players have captured the NWSL Shield three times and have made five appearances in the NWSL postseason. OL Reign plays its home matches at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.  

OL Reign is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help facilitate all day-to-day operations of the OL Reign players and staff. The position demands a high level of familiarity with the sport of soccer, technology and organization.  This is a part-time role (min. 20 hrs / week) in Seattle, WA, and will report to the Team Administrator . 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Assist Team Administrator and Equipment Manager with:
    • Booking travel arrangements and creating clear travel procedures.
    • Packing for home and away matches.
    • Documenting meeting minutes.
  • Assist Marketing department in supporting players and staff at:
    • Player promotional and commercial appearances.
    • Corporate partnership appearances.
    • Community events.
  • Collaborate with video analyst on the use of the Spiideo Camera System, including:
    • Setting it up for training.
    • Troubleshooting during training or games.
  • Assist in creating and documenting First Team policies, procedures and processes.
  • Oversee all aspects of office management, including:
    • Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
    • Ensure office spaces are compliant with health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Manage office budget and expenses.
  • Occasional travel to away matches to perform responsibilities related to First Team, to be determined at the discretion of the Team Administrator.
  • Oversee all aspects of office management, including:
    • Coordinating with vendors and services providers for office equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
    • Ensuring office spaces are compliant with health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Managing office budget and expenses.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Experience in the sports industry preferred.
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously.   
  • Detail, solutions, and results oriented.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work and meet deadlines.   
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)   
 
This position requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 50 pounds.  The job may involve standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.   
  
COMPENSATION 
This is a non-exempt position, paid at a rate of $17.27 per hour.
