North Carolina FC and NC Courage are looking for game day operations team members of all ages to fill a wide variety of positions at WakeMed Soccer Park for the 2023 season. Our goal is to provide affordable family entertainment and excellent customer service to every guest who walks through our gates. All those interested in working with NCFC and the NC Courage this season must be at least 16 years old and able to work the majority of the WakeMed home games. The game-day operations team will be responsible for the set-up and tear down of the stadium for events held at WakeMed Soccer Park; including suites, party decks, tables, chairs, tents, staging equipment, barricades, field equipment, and other related elements. During the events, there are different roles available. This is a part-time position based in Cary, North Carolina paying from $13-$17 per hour.

Game Day Operations Staff Job Description:
Duties:
- Perform all tasks involved in the production of North Carolina FC and NC Courage events.
- Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
- During the match, perform varying activities related to the fan experience ensuring your assigned area is properly serviced as required.
- Ticket Scanners - greet fans, scan tickets at the gates
- Stadium Ushers - greet fans, assist with questions related to the stadium, assist with seating issues, provide security around the Fan Zone perimeter, hand out roster cards and other promotional items to fans on entry
- On Field Support - ball retrievers, stretcher crew
- Premium Area Support - scan tickets, issue wristbands, serve food, clean tables in VIP areas
- Parking Attendants - assist fans getting into and leaving the venue quickly and efficiently while optimizing parking space availability
- Merchandise Sales - sell NCFC and NC Courage gear in the merchandise stands
- Ticket Sales - work in the box office selling tickets and assisting fans with support issues
Requirements:
- Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Stand for extending periods of time.
- Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing in excess of 80 lbs. with assistance from other members of the team.
- Operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
- Follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and Interact with Fans to ensure they are enjoying their experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in Event Operations or Customer Service is a plus.
