North Carolina Football Club seeks a Corporate Ticket & Group Sales Representative (s) to sell full menu- season tickets, flex packages with the main focus on group sales and suite sales which he/she will prospect and sell for both North Carolina Football Club/ North Carolina Courage. Position participates in special projects/project team(s) as assigned, to identify potential customers within the Triangle area and support overall departmental objectives.

  • Generate group and corporate ticket sales by calling area companies and individuals to set up face-to-face appointments to sell North Carolina FC and North Carolina Courage Full Season, Flex Packages, Suites, and Group Sales;
  • Primarily focused on new business with face to face meetings C-Level Executives
  • Collaborate with sponsorship department to sell sponsorship and ticket packages
  • Sell premium hospitality areas; (party decks, suites, owners suite)
  • Sell large corporate events
  • Sell large corporate season ticket packages
  • Attend North Carolina FC/North Carolina Courage home games to promote the team, entertain prospective clients, and/or staff a ticket sales table on the concourse for in-game selling of ticket plans
  • Attend chamber meetings and other lead generating networking events in the region
  • Responsible for making 50-60 outbound calls

  • 2 years or more sales experience is a plus
  • Competencies in face-to-face presentations and event selling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and related software skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exuding a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent telephone manner
