THE OPPORTUNITY:
The CRM Business Analyst will support and further the club’s fan-first and data-driven business objectives, primarily through data analysis and providing data-driven recommendations for sales and service initiatives to enhance business strategy.  
 
You are passionate about creating and maintaining an efficient, accurate, and robust Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that will support many different areas of the business. You also have strong technical and analytical skills with competencies in creating, developing, and implementing CRM forms, workflows, and processes, as well as providing end user support.  
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain CRM System as the day-to-day system administrator.
  • Optimize CRM by creating and updating objects, views, forms, etc. to make it easy and efficient for sales and service representatives to use the system to its full potential.
  • Work together with ticketing, marketing, sponsorship, and analytics teams to ensure that CRM data capture and data flows will support business needs.
  • Provide end user support to ensure efficient usage and limited down time of the CRM system 
  • Maintain the day-to-day relationship and project management with KORE Salesforce, Ticketmaster, and other vendors that support the CRM system to keep projects and support cases on time.
  • Stay up to date on all Salesforce enhancements to ensure that the CRM system and all related integrations meet industry best practices.
  • Train ticketing and sponsorship managers and representatives on using the CRM system, driving system adoption for all changes and enhancements.
  • Assist Ticketing managers with lead management for Membership Executives (sales representatives).
  • Drive usage of reporting for sales representatives to manage their own workloads, ticketing and sponsorship managers to track their team’s performance, and marketing managers to track sales campaign success, as well as other reporting needed.
  • Work with business strategy team to improve reporting suite to meet the needs of the ticketing and marketing teams.
  • Work to develop, create, and launch cross-channel sales campaigns with marketing, ticketing, and analytics stakeholders.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ combined employment or internship experience in a position that has duties and responsibilities similar to those outlined for this role.
  • Previous CRM  experience as an end user, analyst, or administrator is required; Salesforce Lightning Experience, High Velocity Sales, Digital Engagement, and Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Apex experience a plus.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of data visualization software a plus; Tableau preferred. 
  •  Excellent at problem-solving, with a detail oriented, “work smarter not harder” nature.
  • A strong team member who possesses excellent communication skills and a quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply direct feedback from teammates.
  • Ability to drive independent results, while simultaneously act as a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A passion for soccer.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position is remote for 2021, except for participation in Sounders FC events and matchdays as needed and in accordance with applicable COVID-19 health policies. 
  •  Some evening and weekend work will be required. 
  • Employee must be able to facilitate own local travel. 
  • Due to the nature of Sounders FC's business, employee must live within the greater Seattle area.
