Internship: Internship
The Partnership Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting with fulfillment of partnership elements such as promotions, grassroots programs, tickets, VIP events, and autograph requests as well as the front office day-to-day operations. 

Internships with Philadelphia Union will provide qualified interns with an assortment of valuable learning experiences and exposure to all facets of a professional soccer team’s front office. Interns will be asked to work some nights and weekends. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.  The ideal candidate should be organized, personable, professional, mature and committed to the sports industry.  A strong analytical background is a plus.

  • Assist in planning and implementing special events and hospitality programs
  • Assist with partner recaps and activation plans
  • Assist with game day operations, client management, and general account activation
  • Facilitate and execute specific partner game day promotions
  • Manage inventory of merchandise and premium items
  • Research activation concepts for partners as needed
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

**This is an unpaid internship program.  Students are required to show proof of academic credit to be considered for an internship.

If selected for an internship with the Philadelphia Union the intern will be required to provide the following clearances:
  • PA Child Abuse History clearance
  • PA State Police Criminal Records Check
  • FBI Criminal Background Check if you have not been a continuous resident of Pennsylvania for 10 years.   If you have been a continuous resident of PA for the last 10 years, you may affirm in writing that you have no other convictions that would disqualify employment.
