The Senior Manager, Partner Services will be responsible for activation and renewals of the existing partners of Nashville Soccer Club (the “Club”). A key member of the Partnerships department, this position will serve as a liaison between Corporate Partners and the Club and will be focused on the facilitation and execution of partnership agreements. This position requires a professional dedicated to customer service who is passionate, creative and self-motivated. The Senior Manager, Partner Services will report to the Director, Partner Services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Club partners to facilitate the fulfillment of partnership agreements  
  • Manage, measure and track the implementation and activation of sponsorship elements
  • Ensure partnership elements comply with team, stadium and MLS guidelines
  • Lead weekly Activation meetings, including - establishing meeting agendas, managing pre- and post meeting communications, and creating meeting content
  • Explore and understand each partner’s business, industry, goals, and objectives of their partnership with Nashville SC
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance activation assets, plans, and process to deliver partner results
  • Develop and enhance corporate relationships by exceeding and managing the expectations of all contractual elements and providing opportunities for added value
  • Serve as a liaison with other departments on partner programs which include, but are not limited to game presentation, community relations, ticketing, etc.
  • Create and lead partnership presentations and meetings, including renewal proposals, mid-season, and end of year recaps
  • Planning, coordinating and executing sponsor events, including promotions, community programs, media, and signage
  • Presenting targeted and customized ideas and opportunities to help grow the business of each partner by keeping current with goals, objectives and the competitive corporate landscape in the market
  • Assist the Director, Partner Services in leading departmental priorities, including revenue growth through current partners, driving internal business priorities through partner activations, renewing partners, and providing world-class service to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Knowledge of KORE and Digideck preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Commitment to customer service and generating high quality work product
  • Creative, strategic and results-driven mindset
  • Flexible schedule that permits work on evenings, weekends and holidays
