Job Description          
The Match Day Staff Box Office position is a part-time role, where the primary focus is assisting and servicing guests with the purchasing of match tickets. This position will be responsible for handling all ticketing related transactions in the box office at Minnesota United FC home games located at TCF Bank Stadium. We are looking for outgoing, reliable, and professional individuals to fulfil our box office needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Accurately sells and upsells tickets at all home matches; accepts payment and makes changes accurately within ticketing system.
· Staffs Customer Service Booth during MNUFC home matches by providing answering questions and assists customers with stadium wayfinding.
· Completes daily ticket sales report at end of shift. Keeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold; balances ticket sales and change bank then submits cash to Finance Manager or manager for end of shift audit.
· Works Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.  
· Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating and events. Gives information concerning upcoming events.
· Files various records and reports. Performs related clerical work as assigned.
· Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications & Skills

· Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
· Operate computerized ticketing system and a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office software.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision
· Physical ability to use hands to handle and count coins and currency
· Close vision ability
· Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
Minimum Education & Experience
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Box office and/or Guest Services background preferred
· Paciolan ticketing system experience preferred.
Computer Skills
· Operate computerized ticketing system. 
· Operate event booking/scheduling software.
· Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office and other standard office equipment.
· Must have strong computer skills, Excel and Word.
