Position: 
The Account Executive is part of the Ticket Sales and Service Department for Minnesota United Football Club (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.
 
Job Description:
The Account Executive will focus on selling Minnesota United FC season membership, premium rentals and group sales packages. This position will receive dedicated training and the opportunity to learn techniques to maximize verbal and written business communication skills. Prospects are targeted through new business initiatives and mining our current database via phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings. This position is located in Golden Valley, MN.

Essential Duties:
  • Maximize ticket sales through execution of meetings, sales calls, and networking events
  • Provide excellent service by building unique touch points, promptly responding to requests and establishing a dynamic relationship with all customers
  • Document all communication in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external contacts
  • Support a positive sales culture within the sales team and front office
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve team sales goals
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP of Ticket Sales and Service and Managers

Experience:
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic
  • Sales experience, although not required, is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred
