Sitting within the Commercial Operations Department, Ticketing (along with Host City Rights Management, Commercial Rights Delivery, Partnerships Integration, Licensing and Retail, and FIFA Fan Festival]) aims to deliver the most engaging, innovative, and accessible FIFA World Cup™ experience for all athletes, fans, partners, and the community.  
Reporting organisationally to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations (FWC26 MEX), the Supervisor, Ticketing Infrastructure and Logistics will be a key member of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticketing Team and work in close collaboration with the host country’s Commercial Operations Team.  This role will be responsible for the delivery of the stadium and non-stadium ticketing facilities that will service millions of ticket holders. Further, this role will oversee the implementation of the logistics strategy for all ticketing materials in the host countries.

These are your key tasks:
  •  Ensure all stadium and non-stadium ticketing facilities for the Mexican Host City Stadiums (Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey Stadiums)  are delivered as per requirements
  • Along with other relevant functional areas determine facility designs, hardware and equipment requirements, and set up plans for the Mexican Host City Stadiums
  • Support development of requirements documents, drawings as well as policies and procedures for ticketing facilities including infrastructure and IT
  • Plan and oversee the configuration and installation of physical infrastructure and IT in the ticketing facilities
  • Support Development and implement the ticketing equipment and materials logistics concept
  • Implement the ticketing equipment and material logistics concept for all ticketing materials in Mexico
  •  Manage, plan, and oversee and team of infrastructure and logistics coordinators operating in Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey
  • Support ticket production and mobile ticketing projects

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 3 years of work in Ticketing or similar and 2 years supervising or managing infrastructure and logistics projects
  • Strong proven experience working in a supervisor role at international sporting events, event/project management, and international business profile is a must
  • Experience in ticketing projects including ticket production and mobile ticketing is an advantage
  •  Great communication skills, internally and externally across multiple functional areas involved in delivering the projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar
