Austin FC joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the 27th club in January 2019. Austin FC will officially begin play in 2021 in the new, 100% privately financed, $260 million, state-of-the-art Q2 Stadium in Austin. Austin FC is actively seeking an intern to join our Ticket Operations Department.  

In this internship, you’ll gain valuable exposure to building a new team from the very beginning. This an opportunity to contribute to Austin FC’s ticket operations during the inaugural season as well as a great way to advance your career.

You Will:
  • Assist with day to day ticket operations while learning the computerized ticketing system (SeatGeek); and
  • Help on event days in Ticket HQ with ticket issues; and
  • Work with sales staff and ticketing system to provide a greater experience; and
  • Be a part of other special project within sales team.
You Have:
  • Time management skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems
  • English and/or Spanish language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Additional languages – even better
