The Compliance Coordinator will ensure the organization is compliant with USA Rugby’s multiple stakeholders. The Compliance Coordinator will collaborate with USA Rugby’s CFO to revise and review USA Rugby’s governance structure by liaising with USA Rugby’s Congress and prepare and assist with office process and procedure manuals. They will also work with the VP of Rugby Operations to ensure USA Rugby’s compliance with World Rugby and the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee by administering various schedules, paperwork, and communications.
Under the supervision of USA Rugby’s HR Manager, the Compliance Coordinator will also learn and assist in the management of SafeSport claims and ensuring USA Rugby’s adherence to the US Center for Safesports standards.
