Communications Intern
 Job Description
USA Diving, the non-profit National Governing Body for Diving in the U.S., headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a COMMUNICATIONS INTERN, to assist in the planning and production of USA Diving National Events. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with promotion of national events 
  • Write articles for the USA Diving website
  • Update the USA Diving website with new content
  • Publish content with on USA Diving’s social media
  • Draft, proofread, and send newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials
  • Track email and website analytics
  • General event-related office assistance.

Qualifications:
  • Junior or senior in college majoring in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, photoshop, graphic design, and website editing
  • Energetic and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in communications preferred

Terms:
  • Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours per week)
