Job Summary:

Under direction of the Director of Horse Registration and Services, this position provides member service and creates positive member experiences both in person and via electronic communication; processes and maintains records of horse recording applications, transfers, leases, name changes and farms; and researches problems. Additionally, this position reviews pending files for incomplete paperwork, requests refunds when necessary, and completes other tasks as assigned.

Job Specifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Six months customer service or data entry experience strongly preferred.

Must have sufficient equine knowledge to communicate effectively with members regarding equine-specific issues.  Requires basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, problem solving ability, and excellent customer service skills.

Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time.
