Assists manager and other department employees in maintaining all schedules and general communication.
Assists with the preparation of the daily race schedule. Builds and maintains monthly wagering schedules and other schedules as necessary.Assists with providing data to other departments or outside entities.
Basic understanding of horseracing is helpful but not specifically required. A working knowledge of the Internet & Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.Minimum High School Education or G.E.D. required. Some college a plus.Minimum 1-2 years’ office or related experience.
Some knowledge of horseracing. Fairly adept in Microsoft Excel.
