The Role
We are currently looking for an energetic, hands-on, and motivated designer to join the Creative Team as a Lead Graphic Designer. This position will be involved in creating high-quality visual assets to support the digital marketing department as well as the operations department with on-site graphics for events such as Formula 1 and MotoGP.
Responsible for owning and designing digital/print graphics for various partnerships. Taking the lead with creating graphics for hospitality venue spaces (table graphics, wall panels, menus, posters, etc.) by collaborating with the international operations team and communicating vision of the space. See through creative projects for each domestic event from start to finish ensuring it meets brand guidelines as well as creating an exciting space for our customers. Create digital assets for the marketing department (social, blog, email, etc.) as well as creating brand guidelines, style guides, and mood boards for new partnerships and potentially revamping current brands.

  • Email design and development
  • Blog & social media asset creation
  • Presentation asset creation
  • Seating chart creation and management
  • Hospitality venue branding plans and asset creation
  • Creating eye-catching layouts for effective branding
  • Working independently and/or with the team on a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Motion graphics or animation
  • Heavy use of photoshop to manipulate photos compared to using vector/illustration

Education and Experience
  • Associates degree or higher in graphic design or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience work experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, strategic work
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Experience with video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with logo design and brand strategy
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism, verbally explain why you created what you did
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Willing to embrace constructive feedback
  • Motivated, able to contribute fresh ideas 
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with HTML and web design
  • Experience with photography or photojournalism
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
