Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing skills and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in all Google Workspace applications (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Interest and experience in sports and/or non-profit organizations are preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director of PLL Assists & Deputy Director of PLL Assists
  • Schedule meetings, facilitate mailings, and help prepare presentation materials
  • Take minutes during PLL Assists meetings
  • Assist in relationship management with PLL Assists partners
  • Assist in coordinating logistics and planning of PLL Assists activations
  • Coordinate with PLL Social Team to manage PLL Assists’ social media channels
  • Attend and assist during PLL Assists Events (i.e. Annual Gala, Annual Golf Outing, Goals for Greatness events, PLL Assists Partner clinics, etc.) and PLL event weekends, when necessary

Logistics:
  • This internship is expected to run from June 20th until December 22nd, 2023. Extended internships and opportunities to intern for course credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Work between 20 and 30 hours per week
  • Work remotely and will travel, as necessary, for PLL Assists events and/or PLL Event Weekends
  • Report directly to the Director of PLL Assists

Compensation:
  • $15.50 an hour
