ROLE SPECIFICS:
The Premier Lacrosse League is seeking multiple full-time, seasonal Inside Sales Reps to build out its in-house sales team in Los Angeles, CA (HQ). Hires will play an invaluable role in driving PLL’s ticket sales for the 2023 season – a core initiative for the league. Ideal candidates will be ambitious, energized and passionate about creating long-lasting memories for our fans. Role to be located in Los Angeles, CA HQ and will report to the Sr. Manager of Ticket Sales. Competitive base salary, commission and bonus eligible 

KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure individual and team goals are met 
  • Reach and exceed daily outbound & email goals
  • Uphold core PLL values; be an excellent steward of the PLL in all interactions and conversations 
  • Work to generate new leads daily 
  • Establish relationships with youth lacrosse organizations and other key focus groups 
  • Work with Operations Team to fulfill group experiences remotely and onsite 
  • Maintain accurate records throughout sales process within our CRM 
  • Will be asked to work event weekends
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong work ethic and passion 
  • Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication 
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Must be well-organized 
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment 
  • Background in sports – particularly lacrosse – is a plus
