POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator/Truck Driver is both a “customer facing” and “back of house” position, responsible for assisting the execution of contractual obligations to PBR sponsors. This position plays a major support role in the on-site management of sponsorship elements at PBR sanctioned events. The Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator helps the PBR maintain first class client service and helps ensure accurate and consistent event execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service

Interact with sponsor representatives working/attending event

Live Event Prep

Effective communication with venue event coordinator
Safely drive sponsorship semi-truck/trailer
Unload sponsorship semi-trailer
On-site sponsorship office set-up
Oversee concourse and front of venue set-up to include all sponsor and PBR related displays
Install arena signage
Inventory and maintain signage and supplies
Prep sponsor promo items used for event weekend
Coordinate dry cleaning of PBR staff shirts
Participate in event building meetings

Live Event Production

Attend production meetings
Plan and execute in-arena sponsor promo’s
Live Event Load-Out
Manage and direct stage hands
Signage tear down and sign cart loading
Concourse booth tear down and pack up
Road case inventory and staging for truck loading
Sponsorship Truck loading

Peripheral Events

Assist in management of peripheral events (WCRA Events, Fan Zones, etc.)

Administrative

Log unique building challenge notes for future planning
Provide event recap of sponsorship activities to sponsorship team
Participate in event recap/planning meetings
Attend weekly sponsorship meeting
Interaction with Partnership Marketing Executives to stay abreast of any sponsor related changes
Track promotional materials distribution and inventory
Maintain partner assets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Business acumen, sales savvy, creativity and project management skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Heavy machine operation including, but not limited to, forklift and skid steer
Experience with construction tools including, but not limited to, power drill, hammer, wire snips
Ability to lift 50 lbs

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university preferred
Must currently possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of related work experience in CDL driving, inventory, project management.
The capacity and initiative to learn sponsorship elements, promotions, & fulfillment.
Customer Service/Consumer-Client Relations

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Travel is required 90% of the time and work weekends
Extended hours also necessary
