Premium Experiences & Hospitality Manager

In little more than just two decades, the dream of those 20 bull riders has become a global sports phenomenon. PBR operates tours in five countries, its broadcasts reach nearly half a billion households in 130 territories around the world, and more than 2.5 million fans attend live events each year. In May 2015, PBR was acquired by Endeavor (formerly WME | IMG), a global leader in sports, entertainment, and fashion. Operating in more than 25 countries around the world, the company specializes in talent representation; commercial marketing and endorsements; brand strategy, activation and licensing; media production and distribution; and event management.
The Premium Experiences & Hospitality Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, executing and managing all aspects of PBR’s Premium and VIP experiences including the division’s P&L.
This individual will have significant impact in growing profitable revenues for the Live Event Marketing Business Unit. The Director will have oversight and responsibility for all Premium and VIP event revenue streams and will be tasked with developing, planning, organizing, executing, staffing, training and leading a team to achieve PBR’s objective of driving profitable growth.
This position reports to the Director of Operations, Experiences.  
·         Develop, present and execute a comprehensive and clearly defined revenue based business plan that accelerates and achieve aggressive, profitable revenue goals
·         Provide strategic oversight and leadership of PBR’s Premium and VIP Sales Department with the goals of maximizing PBR’s revenue and profitability, enhancing B2C and B2C event experience and effectively implementing and/or refining all new and existing programs, processes and procedures  
·         Increase profitability for division as well as meet/exceed budget expectations
·         Develop marketing and sales pitch presentations
·         Solicit, present and close Premium and VIP Sales new and renewal business both B2B and B2C
·         Work with Endeavor Experiences team in developing, implementing and executing all aspects of the Premium & VIP Hospitality program
·         Engage and arm live event marketing and sales team with tools to allow the team to take an active role in selling Premium and VIP packages
·         Build, lead, direct, mentor, and train premium and VIP sales team 
·         Effectively source and manage 3rd party partners or agencies
·         Collaborate and manage venues 
·         Ensure operational efficiencies and flawless execution for all program elements  
·         Evaluation of all aspects of premium and VIP programs including but not limited to: superior guest experience, product demand and pricing, P&L, program margin, system operations, marketing, advertising, promotion, sponsorship and sales, surveys, non-traditional revenue and third party partners
·         Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior experience for all PBR consumers
·         Lead and work cross divisionally with internal teams (including Sales, Creative, Digital and Social Media, Public Relations, Special Events, TV, Loyalty Marketing, Ticketing, Merchandise, and Finance/Accounting) to ensure maximization of internal resources for Premium and VIP marketing and sales campaigns 
·         Work with Sponsorship and Ticketing Operations Departments as well as PBR Corporate Clients to effectively and efficiently deliver all VIP partner ticket obligations as well as implement proper procedures and processes for PBR’s pre-event Partner Reception Parties
·         Maintain accurate financials and conduct settlements where appropriate 
·         Forecast revenue projections, perform risk analysis, and manage costs and budgets for the region
·         Adept in adaptability and change management

·         Ability work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities – to deliver results on time and within budget 
·         Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
·         Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans with strong emphasis on profitability, marketing and sales
·         Demonstrated successful experience in making written and oral presentations as well as negotiating skills
·         Exceptional oral and written communications skills
·         Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook)

·         3 or more years of relevant professional experience
·         B.A. /B.S. preferred  

·         Pueblo, CO Offices 
·         Normal business hours 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend work
·         Travel, events and meetings as required (30+ times annually)
