Client Engagement Coordinator Job Details
Client Engagement Coordinators will primarily focus on proactive outreach to NCSA clients. More specifically, a Client Engagement Coordinator will focus on keeping NCSA members engaged with our service by recommending next steps and tips for success. This position will work in support of our Head Recruiting Coach staff, mainly through scheduling coaching sessions for NCSA members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive phone outreach to connect with members of the NCSA Network;
  • Coach NCSA student-athletes/families as needed;
  • Answer emails regarding recruiting related questions;
  • Help student-athletes/families understand the steps they need to take to maximize the recruiting process;
  • Schedule coaching sessions for NCSA members with Head Recruiting Coaches
  • Help maintain a high satisfaction level amongst clients; and
  • Provide a world class customer service experience to all NCSA clients
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
  • 45 WPM minimum
  • Microsoft Office
  • World class customer service skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic with team player mentality
  • Professional, friendly phone demeanor
  • Excellent conversational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to type over 40 words per minute
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Passionate about college athletics; athletic background is preferred
  • Goal oriented with a desire to succeed

Schedule
  • 29-hour work week
  • 8 Hours each month must take place on Saturday or Sunday after 10:00am CST
  • 9 Hours each week must take place after 5:00pm CST
  • Ideal Working hours are 2:00pm - 8:00pm CST
