Responsibilities:

Generate ticket revenue through the prospecting and sales of season tickets, group tickets and other ticket packages.

Generate revenue through the sales of all organization product lines. Including, but not limited to sponsorship, events, and merchandise.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual performance goals including a set number of outbound calls, appointments, and prospecting events.

Connect with potential opportunities through high volume call campaigns.

Develop and manage a personal database and prospect funnel through networking, data capture, referrals and cold calling.

Possess and develop the sales skills to understand current and potential costumers’ objectives and needs with the added ability to meet those needs through custom product packages.

Responsible for working and attending promotional events on behalf of the organization.

Provide excellent customer service by creating unique touch points, promptly responding to requests or communications, resolving customer ticketing issues and establishing a dynamic relationship with the fan base.

Actively participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sports administration or related field a plus.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in professional or collegiate sports and entertainment.
A proven record of sales success.
A strong understanding of business-to-business sales, proposal creation, and presentation process.
Must possess excellent writing, computer, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Must be available to work all home games and have the willingness and ability to work long hours, including nights, holidays and weekends, as required.
