Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for generating new business revenue through sales of season tickets and group tickets. The preferred candidate is an aggressive, fun and experienced sales professional who possesses the ability to establish solid relationships, maintains a professional attitude and maximizes opportunities to increase ticket sales revenue.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals
Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts through best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture and contact management
Generate a pre-determined minimum number of outgoing phone calls per day with the purpose of creating new business opportunities
Efficiently manage workday as determined by Management
Attend business networking events for the purpose of making new connections and selling tickets
Attend community lacrosse events and functions to represent the team, make new connections, collect customer data and actively sell tickets
Assist customer service and sales effort during renewal and other team campaigns
Provide a superior level of customer service to all fans
Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
Contribute positively to the team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
Participate and contribute to team meetings, providing updated sales and progress reports
Active involvement in at least one specified networking group, to assist in creating new sales opportunities
Represent the Hounds at lacrosse and non-lacrosse related events around the greater Charlotte area
Transport and setup of elements needed at attended events, including tent, table, collateral materials, prizes, etc.
Assist with game day operations, consisting of but not limited to venue setup, box office operations, fan experience and sponsor activation
Other duties as needed/assigned

 REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field; Proven track record of 1-2 years of high level sales success; Local candidates with professional sports experience preferred; Ability to work as a team player; Ability to work all home games, attend numerous community events and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays); Proficient in basic computer software programs; Strong organizational and communication skills; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to present sales material to large groups and clients.
