The Houston SaberCats are a professional rugby team based in Houston that competes in Major League Rugby, North America's premier professional rugby league.

Reports to: Director of Ticket Sales
Classification: Part-Time
Objective: Responsible for generating revenue for the Houston SaberCats through season, mini-plan, group, and single game ticket sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and solicit new Business to Business and Business to Consumer Leaders for SaberCats' Season, Mini-Plan, Group Tickets, and Single Game Tickets via cold calling and social selling.
- Follow up with clients and prospective clients to build relationships to help provide repeat business
- Represent the organization at stadium events and off-site community events by promoting both ticket sales and the organization
- Work with the Director of Ticket Sales to identify new promotional opportunities for the organization, both in-season and offseason.
- Maintain and update CRM after each point of contact with clients.
- Provide world class customer service to clients when dealing with questions and transactions over the phone, at the stadium, in meetings, and over email.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Local Houston metro area candidates preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
