We are looking for a LEAD RECRUITER to grow and bolster the company roster by sourcing the best and most qualified full-time, contingent, and intern (aka New Hires) colleagues for CSM North America, headquartered in NYC. This exciting position will involve immersing oneself into our company culture and core capabilities, and working directly with our Hiring Managers and People & Talent teams to understand and attract the best talent in the industry to join our agency. Working autonomously and encouraged to be as creative as possible in your approach, you will take ownership of the strategy and implementation of our recruitment plan for CSM, including: direct-sourcing strategy and budget responsibilities, marketing, career fairs and events, university partnerships, and agency recruiting weeks. The tasks go beyond just recruiting – you will be the gateway into our rapidly expanding agency, and core team member in (improving upon) our diversity and retention efforts.   • Represent the agency professionally and warmly as the first point of contact for potential hires (full-time and contingent) and interns
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Work internally with hiring managers to understand the position and team needs
  • Have a clear understanding of what each department does and how it operates, and more specifically what each role is responsible for
  • Ensure every role has a job description
  • Use Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate data and posting of jobs
  • Plan and schedule in-person and, at times, virtual interviews. Includes contacting hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates, scheduling, space procurement, candidate travel, etc.
  • Gather detailed feedback on each candidate from interview team following interviews and keep in contact with candidates through each step of the process
  • Assist the People & Talent team in creating the offer package, negotiation, and closing of candidate
  • Primary liaison with staffing agency; oversee contracts for contingent workers
  • Once candidate is hired, facilitate the on-boarding process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactively researching and sourcing for passive candidates (full-time and contingent)
  • Constantly find new and creative ways to find top candidates that fit the company’s specific needs
  • Create a strategy to address diversity and inclusion, always keeping it a high priority during sourcing, recruitment, and retention
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools so that our company is top of mind for interns and graduates
  • Request opportunities for our leaders to speak to students, on panels, and share thought leadership in order to expose the company to a broad range of industry talent

  • 4-6+ years’ experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Experience building and maintaining a network of professional relationships
  • Excellent team player while also being a self-starter
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
