Job Description

Prospect and sell Non-Endemic brand partnerships/sponsorships and advertising campaigns (TV, print, digital, social media, and experiential) into advertising agencies and clients directly
Manage your own RFP process and work with our teams to create marketing plans that include, but are not limited to: television, print, digital, content, audio and video ad integrations, social media and event sponsorships
Forecast, track and report on sales performance, meeting targets set by management
Work closely with all lines of business across the company, including Operations, Marketing, Membership, Tournaments, Production, Analytics, Content, and Editorial

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

Ideally 2-3 years of sponsorship, advertising, or media (TV, print, digital, social media, and experiential) sales experience
Previous sales experience in the sports industry
Past agency experience is a plus
Individual who can cultivate new business opportunities
Highly organized and motivated self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running
Also ideal: experience meeting or exceeding quota as a result of the sale of complex deals
Thorough understanding of the RFP process and digital media operations
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Creativity is also a must.
Familiarity and enthusiasm for Bassmaster, our products, and a love for teamwork.
