Who is Trackhouse Racing? 
The intersection of NASCAR and global motorsports culture has arrived! 

Trackhouse Entertainment Group is a venture of Justin Marks, and Grammy Award winning rapper Armando Christian “Pitbull” Perez.   On June 30, 2021, Trackhouse Entertainment Group announced their purchase of the  NASCAR operations of Chip Ganassi Racing and along with it, its two charters for the No. 1 and the No. 42 teams, therefore announcing the team will be two cars in 2022.  Thus was born, the Trackhouse Racing Team, a professional stock car auto racing organization that currently competes in the NASCAR Cup Series.  
In 2022, the Trackhouse Racing Team has already won 3 NASCAR races.  
Job Description 
The Graphic Designer/Partnership Strategy Coordinator will be responsible for bringing the Trackhouse Racing story to life on social media, marketing promotions, and sponsor presentations.   The selected candidate will work closely with the Director of Sales and the SVP of Growth to help illustrate the amazing Trackhouse Racing story.   
Based in Charlotte, NC, the Graphic Designer will need to have intermediate design abilities with a strong understanding of most Adobe Creative Cloud products including Photoshop, InDesign, Light Room, and Illustrator.    The team is looking for a creative, innovative, efficient yet critical thinker who can showcase our passion for racing and be a positive representation of the Trackhouse brand.

  • Supports the Trackhouse Sales Team on presentations, social media and marketing promotions that tell creative stories and sell ideas by creating and developing unique content and promotions.  
  • Innovates with new and fresh approaches to ensure that Trackhouse is maximizing creative output when telling the Trackhouse story. 
  • Creates and edits graphics for web pages, banner campaigns, email newsletters, promotional materials, social media, and marketing landing pages
  • Assists in strategizing growth opportunities for Trackhouse 
Ideal candidate profile 
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)  
  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Light Room, Premiere, etc.).  An extra plus for After Effects and Keynote.
  • Experienced in posting traditional social media channels with an ability to write creative and compelling captions that convey the voice of Trackhouse 
  • Familiarity with social media metrics and KPIs 
  • Self-directed.  Demonstrates the ability to plan, prioritize, organize and meet deadlines as well as multi-task 
  • Possesses strong communication skills in-person, via email, and on social platforms with team members, fans, and partners 
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with racing (a plus, but not required)
