The CRM Manager will work across all global business units to create and enable solutions for our business partners. The role will cross technical and analytical disciplines in support of a cloud-based architecture that spans all aspects of the business: Revenue, Operations, Marketing, Event Management, and client facing Application Teams.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prefer 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot
  • Agile work style with the ability to implement feedback and refine products
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., DocuSign, 3rd party apps) and APIs
  • Excellent communication skills and time management
  • Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change across a globally dispersed team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior level of training across the organization in the respective tools (Salesforce & Pardot)
  • Lead the administration of internal business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Cvent, Tibco, and other 3rd party ‘add-on’ applications)
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of back-end technical functionality including, but not limited to: SFDC flows, process builder, multi-system integrations via APIs, and various day to day user support requests
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and build end-to-end solutions across the SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency within the system(s) to be able to recognize and diagnose deficiencies and develop solutions to enhance business and system performance
  • Participate in long-term Enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake) development and respective technical implementation
  • Contribute towards technology roadmaps (build) while managing day to day SFDC operational needs (run)

Key Deliverables Are:

  • Processes and Procedures – Develop internal policies and best-practices
  • Data | System Quality – Participate in efforts to maintain quality of the data using customer feedback, concerns, questions. evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing best practices regularly
  • Optimization – Constantly seek ways to optimize and streamline various integrations across the organization
  • Monitoring Usage – Share best practice trends to improve adoption and tool ROI
  • Tool Support – Acting as a tool administrator and mentor across our cloud-based architecture that includes: Salesforce, Pardot, and Cvent
  • Support of Global Technology, as needed - Provide support and thought leadership on any other deliverable deemed necessary by the Leaders Group Global Technology
