TeamWork Online, LLC. seeks a Manager of Partnerships who will be responsible for growing our business.  The ideal candidate will be both a servicer and seller - bringing on new employers.  We will provide you with a group of accounts.  You will  work with, assist and service our employers to 1) provide them the digital tools to successfully identify and recruit the right candidates for their jobs, 2) hosting or being a featured executive at networking event or career fairs to add face-to-face contact with potential employees, and generally building relationships with senior level executives. You will also reach out to similar employers to see which ones may need help in recruiting.  The job, using the telephone and computer, and some travel to events is not to dissimilar from a ticket sales and services position with a team, in that you have monthly touch-point calls with customers plus some new business.   The focus will be on college.

We’re looking for a highly organized, entrepreneurial, sales oriented, relationship-builder who will use this experience and blossom into the “star” he or she knows he or she will be in the sports industry.  Duties:
·       Work closely, talking monthly with, key TeamWork Online employers to fully understand their recruiting needs and the processes and offer suggestions on how TeamWork can continue to help provide solutions to them.




·       Identify new organizations or respond to inquiries about our service so TeamWork can help these employers on their recruiting needs. 




·       Develop and continue to develop the best strategy for how each employer can best maximize TeamWork's products, services and networking events, and coordinating and attending these events. 




·       Build and keep accurate records through our CRM, following up on employer needs,




·       Develop relationships with Human Resources, hiring managers and senior sales staffs - access to key executives in the industry is unmatched,




·       Offer suggestions to TeamWork Online marketing, social media, technology departments on how improve the tools and services to employers to help identify the right candidates.




·       Other duties at the request of the team. 
 
Qualifications:
This position is an ideal role for someone who is still in the early stages of her or his career in the sports industry with a passion for growing a business.  TeamWork provides an environment rich in relationships with a broad range of business executives in the industry. We seek someone interested and preferably exposed to both ticket sales and service, and sales recruiting, preferably who has had some exposure to college event marketing.   We seek someone who has a minimum of a year of industry experience either after college or coupling one's experience in multiple internships, preferably in ticket sales or fan development, customer retention or recruiting.   
 
 Ideally, the person needs to have high energy, personable, high attention to detail, familiarity with Excel or CRM, may have managed events, sponsorship renewals, ticket sales or renewals, or recruiting of sales staffs.    The selected candidate must have a curiosity to learn, interest in building relationships with people, a willingness to help, a firm commitment to one’s career in sports, speaks well on the telephone, writes well, presents well, is coachable, adept on the computer, is a practical person who relishes problem-solving.  We like someone who is self-motivated, mature, responsible and a pleasure to be with!
 
The inter-relationship with the company’s President, Buffy Filippell, who has recruited many of the top executives in sports and created this company, the relationships with team human resources executives, team hiring personnel as well as applicants will provide a solid foundation for the selected person to navigate one’s career either with TeamWork or the industry as a whole.   Yes, we believe in supplying our employees to our clients!
