Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support functions as needed
  • Handle inbound/outbound shipments
  • Manage office supplies
  • Manage product sample donations (United Way and Dialog Direct) 
  • Travel and expense reporting for team (including SVP)
  • Assist in execution and coordination of licensing activities (ie. approval processes, licensee database, new licensee set up/orientation)
  • Maintain various database & spreadsheet files
  • Track deals through approval process
  • Request IMG & LOL numbers
  • Request D&B report
  • Add deal documents to portal for FCA approval
  • Notify FCA that deal memo has been added to portal
  • Add approval dates and numbers to smartsheet tracker
  • Once deal memo is approved in portal download approval documents and send to IMG Operations
  • Manage PD and Asset Site users on portal – provide new users with access
  • Manage Asset Site assets – upload and remove
  • Track Asset Distribution and Requests
  • Manage Chrysler and Ram product development for lifestyle categories
  • Have direct contact with licensees and clients
  • Assist on Jeep and Dodge product development for lifestyle categories

Key Competencies:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience within sales, retail, and/or brand strategy

  • Computer Proficiency: the individual must have excellent computer skills and be able to learn new software as needed. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred

  • Cooperation: the individual works well with others and is willing to assist where needed; team player
  • Attention to Detail: the individual accomplishes tasks thoroughly and efficiently and has strong organizational skills
  • Communication: the individual has the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing), and ability to converse effectively with CLC staff, client institutions and licensees 
  • Problem Solving: the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, and maintains confidentiality
  • Interpersonal Skills: the individual maintains confidentiality and remains open to others’ ideas
  • Attitude: the individual must always be willing to put the client first and foremost with a positive and friendly customer service attitude
