What You’ll Do: 

You must be enthusiastic, versatile and strategic with a background in public relations and completely plugged into the entertainment and lifestyle ecosystem, having a network of contacts to create meaningful and relevant coverage for our Arts & Entertainment events. Developing and managing relationships across the company and with the media is of the utmost importance. You must have excellent writing skills as well as the ability to drive the agenda for multiple initiatives simultaneously, be comfortable in high-pressure situations, managing multiple projects, and operate with the utmost confidentiality.

  • Developing and executing consumer communications efforts, including proactive and reactive media relations, for US and international events across IMG’s Arts & Entertainment portfolio, and some wider Endeavor Arts & Entertainment properties.
  • Managing PR agencies for select events as well as the RFP process as needed.
  • Managing and executing internal communications efforts for and on behalf of select IMG Arts & Entertainment properties, informing stakeholders including employees and the broader Endeavor network of relevant updates, announcements and news.
  • Working directly with the IMG consumer marketing team to create and execute communications plans that complement the broader consumer marketing plans for assigned events.
  • Managing the credentialing process and on-site needs of media for assigned events (this will involve some travel, and work outside of office hours).
  • Grow the media network and connections in the consumer media space as well as the profile of each of IMG’s Arts & Entertainment events. 
  • Working collaboratively with IMG and Endeavor Communications colleagues in the US and globally to drive opportunities across the business.

You Have These: 

  • Senior experience in high-volume, commercially-driven communications roles.
  • 4+ years of strong consumer communications experience in the entertainment, production, fashion and/or events industries preferred.
  • Successful track record of high-impact US media placements, driving awareness and buzz.
  • Experience managing PR agencies and RFP processes.
  • Exceptional writing and story-telling skills.
  • Established relationships with US arts, entertainment, women’s and general interest media outlets. International/global media relationships would be an asset too.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$97,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$130,000 annually
