Endeavor is seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day activation and experiential management of a client's culinary sponsorship marketing initiatives.  This position is based out of Endeavor’s San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with day-to-day management of client's culinary sponsorship activation and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Interact daily with client and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship programming initiatives
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives against the established sponsorship criteria. Assist with the client-vendor relationships and leverage deliverables on behalf of client
  • Liaise/interface with external properties and internal Endeavor divisions as necessary to:
    • Evaluate culinary sponsorship opportunities and help prepare sponsorship business plans
    • Work with client business units to help achieve sales and sponsorship marketing objectives, as appropriate
    • Work with internal team to develop programs on behalf of business units in connection to client's sponsorship platforms

  • Coordinate activation programming with any applicable current client agency partners (advertising, media, PR, etc.)
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of materials to support individual sponsorship initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, preparing marketing activation presentations, budgets and event-related preparation
  • Play a part in sponsorship tactical implementation on site at events where agency staff is needed. Approximately a total 30+ events each year will require on-site management, these events typically occur outside of normal business hours. Events are divided among team members.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of agency or client-based account management experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing, event marketing, media sales and media buying)
  • Experience managing and executing culinary-specific events or experience in the hospitality industry a plus
  • Contribute to and/or coordinate the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or company
  • Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
  • Participation in end-to-end sponsorship contract negotiation and execution
  • Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Strong background in building presentation decks and information collection
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Solid understanding of sponsorship pass-through rights
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Superb budget management skills
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
