The Role and What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HRIS Workday Functional Specialist to join the Global HRIS team. The successful candidate will support the growing Endeavor group, with a keen focus on people-experience, a mindset for continual improvement and ongoing adoption. This role has a generalist slant to accommodate for the changing Workday requirements during Mergers, Acquisitions, and divestitures.

  • Global role with a primary focus on managing the Workday landscape within an ever-changing environment – experience in core modules within a US multinational organization required, with particular focus on Benefits and core HCM.
  • Develop and maintain detailed methodology, best practice controls and documentation for core Workday functional areas, ensuring consistency of process and approach, keen awareness of HCM and Payroll touchpoints.
  • Lead design sessions and partner with the business SMEs to understand business requirements, translating these requirements into deliverable functional solutions, adhering to best practices, and backed up by change control documentation.
  • Lead testing support activities and coordinate test plans to ensure defects are documented, tracked, and resolved, and that configured solutions perform as expected and sign offs are in place.
  • Manage US Benefits Open Enrolment configuration changes, Benefit groups, plans, benefits reporting and core functional area processes.
  • Partner with Vendors, internal resources, and 3rd party consultants on benefits integration and strong understanding of ACA & ACA reporting requirements.
  • Manage implementation of non US Workday benefits.
  • Provide technical guidance to Endeavor and 3rd Party implementation teams to ensure alignment of solutions to the overall Workday solution design.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, Workday functional teams, and 3rd Party partners.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Workday security.
  • Ad-hoc projects, support, and SME team cover as and when required.

You Have These (Add Qualifications): 

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Workday core HCM configuration and business process, including the continuous improvement of HR process.  
  • Participated in one or more global Workday implementations and have worked within a “business as usual” environment for a significant period, delivering post go live enhancements.
  • In depth knowledge and experience in leading HRIS configuration changes, preparation and launch of core Workday processes in a  large multinational organization.
  • Ability to combine HR functional knowledge and Workday technical experience with Business analysis techniques to drive system efficiencies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, flexible and willing to “lean-in” as and when required.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, trouble shooting, time management and project management skills. 
  • Strong interest in delivery of first-class Workday people experience.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft excel and project management skills.
  • Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$86,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$115,000 annually
