The Opportunity 

Endeavor Digital is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend or Full Stack Software Engineer to help us build out a series of web applications and microsites to help us drive engaging consumer experiences for Endeavor’s numerous marquee events. We welcome engagement at all levels of the technology stack, so we can offer experience-building with the backend and/or DevOps too. Who You Are 

·       You have 5+ years of experience in frontend software engineering with a 3+ in React-based frontends; knowledge of some server-side technologies a big plus 

·       You have recent experience building and supporting large-scale production web applications and services 

·       You can accurately translate Figma designs to working sites with precision, and are not afraid to speak up when blindly implementing designs is a bad idea 

·       You know the right and wrong way to introduce design systems and shared componenets 

·       You can point to a number of projects that left lasting value for other companies 

·       You have a command of various programming languages, frameworks, services and tools such as Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres or MySQL, AWS, Docker, but most importantly you are comfortable identifying, learning and using the right tool for the situation 

·       You know ReactJS and the complimentary server-side technologies like Nest/Next/Apollo/GraphQL or similar and insist on using Typescript wherever practical. 

·       You thrive in the collaborative environment while relishing the opportunity to contribute to problem solving with your own focused and proactive work

What You’ll Do 

·       Build out frontends and individual landing pages to drive engagement with our fans, implementing metrics collection and a/b testing capabilities 

·       Write components, storybook stories, tests against them, and work to contribute to a growing catalog of shelf-ready solutions we can reuse across sites 

·       Define and implement best practices and frameworks to facilitate higher code quality and faster time to market 

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA/DevOps, and Marketing 

·       Ensure applications meet the highest of expectations across performance, accessibility, latency, scalability, compliance and maintainability

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$150,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$200,000 annually
