Seven League is a fast-growing digital sports agency and consultancy. We are now part of IMG, following Endeavor’s acquisition of our parent organisation, the Mailman Group, in 2021. This means our current size and scale – approximately 50 full-time staff with additional associates in over 10 European countries – will increase significantly.
We have a wide range of clients, national and international, reaching all sectors of the sports business including the NFL, FIFA, Spurs, LCFC, the NBA, the NHL, Sport England, Great British Racing and England Netball.
Seven League provides consultancy and agency services. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, run social media channels and can help clients deliver against their wider business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For
Seven League are looking to hear from Digital Product Managers who are interested in joining their growing team in New York.
Our multi-disciplinary team is drawn from a variety of backgrounds. As digital product manager, you will have experience developing, managing and optimizing digital products. You will apply this knowledge to advise sports organizations on the evolution of their digital product ecosystem.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
You will demonstrate experience of:
- Conducting market and user research to identify customer pain points, opportunities, and feedback to inform product development
- Defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and optimize performance
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance
- Manage and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, user stories, and release notes
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal stakeholders and customers
- Working closely with product teams (UX, IT, business stakeholders) to drive the agreed upon digital strategy and implementation
- Management of user testing and QA processes
- Partnering with marketing and content teams to ensure content is optimized for user experience and product performance
You will be expected to:
- Present ideas, campaigns, and strategies to clients of all
- Analyze and report on data to optimize product performance
- Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, technologies, social media, and sports news
- Work and collaborate with all other IMG and Seven League personnel to develop and achieve the company’s overall strategic goals
- Contribute to business development of new and existing clients
- Be an ambassador for Seven League and IMG, and maintain a professional approach at all times
You Will Have The Following Strengths
- Experience in digital product management
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodology
- Technically savvy and passionate about the latest digital trends and developments
- Must possess excellent project management skills to effectively track multiple deliverables across functional areas and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter)
- Experience in digital marketing, UX/UI design, or web development is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing: research, campaign planning, audience segmentation, profiling, and content targeting
- Experience working with external vendors to define business requirements and manage implementation
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CMS systems

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$99,000 annually
