Position Summary:
3STEP Sports is looking for a Shipping Associate. 3STEP Sports is the largest youth sport event and club operator in the nation. Established in 2001, 3STEP operates more than 1,100 events and dozens of club programs for athletes ages 8-18 spanning 40+ states and across seven sports. The Shipping Associate is a full-time position and would be stationed at the company’s Print Facility in Wilmington, MA.
What you’ll do:
- Verify orders are complete and ready for shipment.
- Work directly with our production tracking and order management system, Monday.com
- Work with ShipStation for creation of shipments for bulk and team store orders
- Print labels
- Execute packing of team stores
- Store finished product prior to packing stores.
- Stage product for stores to create an organized packing flow.
- Quality check all product to ensure store is completed in full before packing
- Ship completed orders out of production facility via ShipStation
- Communicates to Account Managers on the completion of packing and shipping.
- Execute shipments and deliveries of bulk orders.
- Quality check all product to ensure accuracy and completion before shipment/delivery
- Organize all bulk van deliveries.
- Work with accounting to ship finished orders out of our order system, Fishbowl.
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time to customers.
- Verify returns.
- Sends returns to Warehouse for processing.
What we’re looking for:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- High School Graduate
- Relevant work in a distribution or manufacturing environment recommended.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders.
- You have attention to detail and can concentrate on tasks for long periods of time.
- You bring a rise & grind type of attitude.
- Physically able to lift 40 pounds.
Compensation:
- This position will pay $18.00 per hour
